All Length and Height sizes may vary slightly. We do try our best to keep them as uniformed and as close to actual size requested. Our products are all handmade, and not produced by industrial machines. By Purchasing our product, Buyer acknowledges and agrees to a 3/8" error allowance in size.

Listings with free shipping offered are only valid to U.S. contiguous states only. This exclude Alaska/Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO, or PO Boxes. Please contact us before ordering to received shipping rates to these locations. If buyer has already purchased the order and did not contact us first about shipping prices. We will make an effort to contact buyer. If Shipping is not paid for, order will be cancelled.
NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Buyers are responsible for All Fees, Customs & Brokerage fees. Please be aware that items may be held up in customs causing a delay in delivery.

Buyer accepts all responsibility for hanging, mounting and installing their brackets after purchasing. Buyer understands that all work should be done by a professional and licensed contractor. Buyer agrees that seller will not be held responsible or liable for damage or harm caused to buyer or improper install / usage of product. Buyer acknowledges that seller is providing the supplies for their project and will not hold seller responsible after purchasing items. Buyer agree's they will hire a licensed, Insured, and Bonded Contractor for installing any product they purchase from Csonka's Custom Rustics to ensure they are used and installed correct.

Buyers are aware that any leg product over 18x18 requires bracing to ensure they hold rigid. Buyers accept all responsibly and will not hold seller responsible for any harm that is caused by buyer not purchasing bracing.

Mounting bracket's: Brackets should be installed into wall studs when mounting. Not mounting correctly could result in failure and damage. If you are unsure of how to properly install them, please consult a contractor. We cannot advise you on installation as each installation is different. While these are thick steel brackets, we cannot advise on a specific load weight given the variety of installation options, board widths, lengths and specific customer usage. Please use good judgment as we are not liable if installed incorrectly.
